I ordered a hoodie and, thankfully, the color was really close to what was shown in the pictures. I was a little worried it might look totally different in person, but it was only slightly darker, nothing I’d make a big issue out of. Overall I’m happy with it, though I do wish they had included one more close-up photo so I could’ve felt a bit more sure before buying

"Good order, but the tracking was frustrating"
As someone who likes to keep a close eye on packages once I order something, the tracking from insomniacshop was confusing. It sat on “label created” for days, then suddenly showed movement, and then went quiet again with no updates. The package did eventually arrive, just later than I expected, but I had no real idea where it was most of the time. The items themselves were fine, so no complaints there, but the shipping updates could definitely be clearer.

"Checkout Was a Mess"
I made up my mind fast on this one. I tried buying something from Insomniac Shop, but the checkout kept freezing, then suddenly told me my payment failed. Checked my bank right after and the charge was still pending, so that was confusing. No clear explanation, no easy way to get help, and I wasted about 30 minutes before giving up. Really annoying experience...

"Promo Code Made It Worth It"
I was browsing insomniacshop and decided to try a discount code before checking out, and luckily it worked without any hassle. The prices felt a lot better once the promo was applied, which made me feel better about placing the order. Shipping was alright, not the fastest ever, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d probably shop there again.

"Late delivery, but decent tracking"
My order showed up late, which I think companies should do better about since people plan around delivery dates. That said, the tracking was clear the whole time, so at least I wasn’t left guessing.

"Annoyingly decent exchange process"
I had to exchange a hoodie because I somehow picked the wrong size. The return page was straightforward, and to be fair, they got back to me within a couple days. The replacement took a little longer than I would've liked, which was kind of frustrating, but everything worked out in the end. I’d probably shop here again, even if I wish they were a bit quicker with updates

"Looks Legit and Worth the Wait"
I ordered a hoodie it looked just like real Insomniac merch to me. The tags, print, and overall quality all seemed right, which made me feel confident about the purchase. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t anything too bad. Overall, I had a good experience and would buy again

"The loyalty rewards weren’t really worth it for me"
I signed up for the loyalty program thinking it would help me save a little over time, but it’s been kind of a letdown. It took forever for my points to add up, and once I finally had enough to use, the rewards didn’t feel that useful. I also ran into issues trying to apply them at checkout, which made the whole thing more frustrating than helpful. I reached out to customer support, but they didn’t really clear things up for me. In the end, it just didn’t feel worth the hassle...

"Preorder updates were bad"
I put in a preorder and the communication wasn't great at all. Barely got any updates unless I went after them, and even when they replied it was kinda vague. I don't mind waiting if I actually know whats happening, but being left guessing the whole time is just annoying. Expected way better info for a preorder. I probably wouldn't preorder from them again.

I was expecting my first order to arrive looking at least somewhat decent, but the box showed up crushed and partly open. The item was still inside, thankfully, but the packaging looked like it had been kicked around a warehouse. It wasn’t a total disaster, but definitely disappointing compared to what I thought I’d be getting...

"Good Experience, Just Wish I’d Compared More Carefully"
The website was easy to use, and I found what I needed without too much trouble. Pages loaded fine, and checkout was simple enough. My only regret is that some sections felt a bit crowded, so I probably rushed through comparing a few things and wish I’d taken a little more time. Overall though, it was a good experience and I’d use the site again.

"Better than I expected for the price"
I’ll be honest, I kind of assumed the low prices meant they were probably making up for it somewhere, like cheaper quality or some catch I wasn’t seeing. But the quality actually surprised me in a good way. Shipping took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, and part of me wondered if that was where they were saving money, but overall I still feel like I got a fair deal for what I paid

"Checkout fees were a letdown"
I was disappointed with how the pricing showed up at checkout. The extra fees didn’t feel obvious until I was basically at the final step, and by then the total was higher than I expected.

Maybe I overlooked something, but I really think those costs should be much clearer before you get to entering your card info. It left me with a bad impression and made the whole shopping experience feel frustrating.

"Fun, Clean Vibe and Really Cool Styles"
I had a really good time browsing insomniacshop.com. The site looks clean and easy to use, but it still has that fun festival energy that makes it feel exciting. I loved that the product photos were clear and easy to check out. A couple pages felt a little crowded on my phone, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. The styles are unique, cool, and totally my vibe, I’d happily shop here again
